Photos
Inspectors can attach unlimited photos to case files using a mobile device and online portal. These photos can be linked to Notices of Violations or other letters, and inspectors can view thumbnail images of all photos in a file.
Online Complaints
Citizenserve enables municipalities to quickly transition to a paperless system by allowing citizens to submit complaints online. The system automatically imports property images and routes complaints to the appropriate inspector based on type or location.
Code Enforcement Online Inspections
Inspectors can receive automatic re-inspection reminders, view them on a list or map, enter comments, document violations, upload safety alerts, attach photos, and generate violation notices using a mobile device.

Inspectors can generate Notice of Violations, Hearing Notifications, Citations, Lien Notices or any other template-based documents on file. All generated notices are permanently and instantly attached to the file, and they can be viewed, modified or deleted only by authorized users.
